The CDN and this Site are provided “as is” without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 124 South Main is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

7) Copyright

If you believe content delivered via our CDN infringes your copyright, send a notice to us with sufficient detail to locate the content and verify your ownership.

8) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

9) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by the “Effective date” below.
